If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Mamash India Organics

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“Website” refers to www.mamashorganics.com

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

  1. Return and Exchange:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • For damaged or quality issues, contact us at care@mamashorganics.com or WhatsApp at +91 9632073903 (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM) with an opening video of the product received.
  • Report tampered or damaged products within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images and videos.

        2. Conditions for Return:

  • Mamash Organics is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery. Returns are not accepted for issues arising from neglect, incorrect product selection, fragrances, improper opening, or application.
  • Exchanges are accepted only if products are returned in saleable condition with original packaging and invoice. Upon receipt, our team will inspect the product before processing replacement or refund via credit note.
  • You may receive the refunds within 7-10 bank working days in to your source account depending on the payment method used.

        3. Return and Replacement Charges:

  • Return pickup and replacement delivery charges are ₹100 each, payable by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellation:

  • To cancel an order, contact us at care@mamashorganics.com or WhatsApp at +91 9632073903 (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM) within 4 hours of placing the order, stating the reason for cancellation.
  • Cancellation requests are subject to our discretion.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. Customers may refuse the parcel upon delivery, and shipping and return charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

       2. Delivery Issues:

  • If an order is marked as delivered but not received, contact us at care@mamashorganics.com or WhatsApp at +91 9632073903 within 24 hours of the delivery date.
